UW vs Penn State Football Viewing Party: There may not be a college playoffs but for the Badgers it feels like there is one. Penn State travels to Wisconsin this Saturday for the Leaders Division Championship. The winner plays Michigan State the following Saturday for the Big Ten Championship and the right to go to the Rose Bowl.
